Under Czech law, gifts heirs received from you during your lifetime will be included in their inheritance shares. However, this will only apply if you do not make a will or any other testacy in the event of death. In such cases, any inclusions will solely be governed by your instructions. If you do not expressly instruct that the gifts should be included, then they will not affect your child's share in the inheritance in any manner. The notary will explain all the details to you and will draw up the necessary documents.
