Can my children renounce the inheritance in advance?

Yes, they can. Your heirs can renounce their heirship (right of inheritance) entirely or partially by making a contract with you. Your descendants can also renounce their right for the reserved portion in the same manner. All these contracts require the form of a notarial deed.
