How can I make sure my children are treated equally?

In cases of intestate succession in the first order, the children of the deceased inherit in equal shares. The spouse of the deceased inherits in equal shares with the children but no less than one-quarter of the estate.

The testator is free in making the orders in the will and in testate succession, the inheritance is governed by the wishes expressed by the testator in the will.
