Can I retain some rights associated with the assets I give away ? Can I reserve a right of reclaim ?

As mentioned above, a person may conclude contract of rent, i.e. transfer an asset. However, the person who receives the asset is obliged to care of the donator. A contract of sale with an attached right of redemption may also be concluded. If a person transfers the asset as a gift, he/she may not recover the asset by a unilateral decision. If such agreement were included in the contract of gift, the contract would be null and void.
