How can I protect my spouse or partner ?

A spouse is a lawful heir, together with the offspring. A succession can be bequeathed only to a spouse, but the offspring heirs have their rights to claim the preferential share (as an economic value). According to the law, a partner, who is not a spouse, is not entitled to inherit. He/she can be bequeathed with assets only by a disposition of property upon death. It has to be taken into account that in this case, the persons entitled to a preferential share will have the right to ask for it.
