How can I pass on my assets to anticipate my own succession ?

In the Netherlands, parents donate assets or transfer a certain amount of money during their lifetime to their children, but at the same time the amount is lent back to the parents, who pay their children a yearly interest. This gift is mainly done to save taxes.

Your notary will advise you on how to organise the gift and loan agreement and will prepare the documents for you.
