Can I reserve a right of reclaim ?

The donor can also make a gift with a reversion clause, i.e. the property is returned to the donor in the event that the donee or all his/her descendants do not outlive the donor.

Furthermore, donations can also be made with conditions, which the donee is obliged to meet under penalty of cancellation of the contract.
