How can I make sure my children are treated equally ?
Donations can be made to the descendants under a legal reserve and are therefore subject to the usual laws of succession, i.e. the property already donated will be taken into account on the donor’s death in the calculation of the estate and equal division among the descendants.
It is also possible to achieve this by means of the aforementioned living succession.
