Can I help one of my children without this reducing his/her share in the inheritance ?

Yes. You can help one of your children by giving him/her part of the assets owed to him/her, which will not then be taken into account in the calculation of the estate and the part owed to each heir. These donations will not be subject to the usual laws of succession and cannot be reduced in case the conditions are not met (i.e. if the legal reserve or the unavailable share owed to the spouse or the children is affected).
