Can I give my assets directly to my grandchildren ?
Yes, the donor may give assets directly to his/her grandchildren. If they are his/her presumed legitimate heirs (because their parents, the children of the donor, are already deceased), he/she may opt for a donation with a legal reserve. If the grandchildren are not the presumed legitimate heirs of the donor, the donations may still be made according to the available share.
