Can my children renounce the inheritance ?
Yes, an inheritance must be declined expressly and in the form of an authentic document in the presence of a public notary or of diplomatic or consular representation. If the person who renounces an inheritance is a minor, the rules concerning her/his legal representation apply (www.the-vulnerable.eu).
