Can I give my assets directly to my grandchildren?

Yes, a person is entitled to make a will whilst alive or to give his or her assets directly to his or her grandchildren. If the grandchildren are of age (18 years old), you can draw up a lifetime maintenance agreement or an inheritance agreement.
