How can I make sure my children are treated equally?

Czech law treats all your descendants equally and gives them the same rights. If you have several descendants and give them various gifts while you are still alive, then the value of the gift at the time it was made will be included in their inheritance share. Should you be in doubt about the inclusion in the share of the inheritance, please consult the notary.
