Can my children renounce the inheritance in advance?

Notaries draw up contracts on waiving successions, which are concluded between potential heirs and the person to whom they are to succeed, and by which statutory heirs waive their succession to such person. Other contracts concerning succession to a person who is still alive are not allowed under Polish law.
